Vanessa Wong from Yoga Lotus together with Jolanta Lu invite you to join us for an energetic Vinyasa flow led by Vanessa and delicious vegetarian brunch at the beautiful and unique space at Badehusgata 33 (Satya Yoga).

- This event is welcome for all, even though you don't practice yoga at all

(5-classes cardholder can spend two classes instead.)
- Please understand that we need time to prepare the event and delicious food, so please save your spot as early as possible and all payment is non-refundable.

Are you looking for a space and a way to have a moment of quietness? Do you need a break in your everyday busy life? Come join this weekend workshop to rejuvenate and relax, and wrap up your week with joy and peace. 

"Mindfulness" is a practice which brings our awareness to the present moment with kindness, curiosity, openness, and acceptance. It is a starting point towards a Calm and Joyful life.

In this workshop, we cultivate awareness and understanding of ourselves, mind, emotions and the world around us through our practices. By taking a step to experience the Mindfulness practice from different methods, we hope that you can bring the practice easily into daily life. 

Practices include:

  • Sitting Meditation

  • Walking Meditation

  • Eating Meditation

  • How to Take Care of Emotions

  • Yin Yoga & Deep Body Relaxation

** Suitable for whoever interested in yoga, mindfulness, relaxation, better self-understanding, with or without experience are both welcome.
