In this class, we will begin our class with sitting meditation to allow ourselves to go inwards to give space to our mind. Afterwards, there would be a brief introduction of “Mindfulness” and how to apply in our yoga practice and extend it to our daily life. 

In Yin yoga, we hold the postures for a relatively longer period of time (typically 3 -5 mins.), aiming at awakening the deep connective tissues in our body, the tendons, fascia, ligaments and our meridians. Practising yin yoga on a regular basis helps to increase circulation in the joints, activate our meridians and improve overall wellbeing and flexibility.

Mindfulness Yin yoga is a more meditative approach to encourage the cultivation of awareness of our inner body. We will apply Mindfulness practice into Yin yoga to bring us back to the present moment in a non-judgemental, non-reactive and compassion way.

Minimum donation: 100 kr ( it is fully ok to give more, as the proceeds go to a good cause.
Bring: Yoga mat & Blanket.
