Yin Yang Flow is a mixed with Yin and Vinyasa Yoga which focuses on grounding, flexibility and deep relaxation
In this class, we will start with long held Yin practice after a long night sleep, to stretch our deep connective tissues, joints and ligaments in the body.
After Yin practice, we will move to gentle Vinyasa flow, working on our muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and most importantly, giving us amazing energy for the whole weekend.
Suitable for beginners and students with some yoga experience looking to balance their strength and flexibility. No full inversions are included in these classes.
