Yin Yang Vinyasa is a mixed with Yin and Vinyasa Yoga which focuses on grounding, flexibility and deep relaxation
In this class, we will start with long held Yin practice which targets our connective tissues and joints in the body. Afterwards, we end our practice with gentle Vinyasa flow to work on our muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility.
Suitable for beginners and students with some yoga experience looking to balance their strength and flexibility. No full inversions are included in these classes.
